Siemens Business Services wns IT outsourcing contract with FMC Energy Systems

Siemens Business Services, Inc., one of the world's leading IT services firms, has secured a seven-year contract to deliver the Siemens Business Services SieQuence(R) State 2 solution to FMC Energy Systems, a unit of FMC Technologies, Inc.

FMC Energy Systems, comprising Energy Production and Energy Processing, is a global leader providing solutions for customers engaged in petroleum exploration, production, measurement and transportation. Those solutions include the design, manufacture and supply of technology and equipment.

"The SieQuence solution will help us maximize our productivity while we reduce our technology costs," said John Gremp, Vice President of FMC Energy Systems. "We were looking for a service provider who could deliver flexible solutions with high performance levels. We found those attributes in Siemens Business Services."
