Digital Fuel, the leader in Service Level Agreement (SLA) Management software applications, announced its QuickStart package for SLA management. QuickStart is a low-cost package of software and services that enables service providers and enterprises to deploy Digital Fuel's SLA management application in as little as 30 days to better manage and collaborate on outsourced services.

"Service level agreements -- the business and contractual obligations between a service provider and its client -- are clearly one of the most important factors for success in outsourcing and a core foundational element in any quality outsourcing management program," said Stan Lepeak, managing director at EquaTerra and former vice president and research lead at META Group. "But simply putting SLAs in place is not enough. Software to automatically measure service delivery and performance is emerging as an additional critical element to success, complementing quality outsourcing management processes and people."

"In many cases, enterprises don't know where to start in terms of being able to manage their outsourcing through service level agreements," said Yisrael Dancziger, president and CEO, Digital Fuel. "We've transformed our years of experience working with service level agreements into pre-built, best practice templates." These templates of service level objectives and metrics span a wide range of service lines, including IT, HR, and Finance and Accounting, and are offered as an option in the QuickStart package.

In the case of service providers, who may already have a defined set of SLAs, QuickStart provides the framework for rapidly implementing their metrics. With Digital Fuel QuickStart, service providers can quickly gain a competitive edge, better manage their service quality, and provide their clients visibility into service delivery and performance.

Expanding beyond the QuickStart package can be easily achieved for both service providers and enterprises. "With ServiceFlow visual tools, users can create or modify service level metrics, KPIs, and reports by applying business logic without the need for programming," said Tom Schaefer, executive vice president of marketing, Digital Fuel. "The scalability of our technology is proven with the largest SLA management deployments in existence."
