Cervalis helps e-businesses estimate potentially dramatic savings associated with IT outsourcing. In order to assist companies in optimising their budgets, Cervalis, a next-generation managed hosting and IT outsourcing services provider, is offering a free cost analysis to organisations based on each company's individual business data.
Cervalis has taken the initiative in providing this service to the business community in order to help organisations recognise the potentially drastic savings they might benefit from by outsourcing their IT operations - savings that could be used to further grow their companies. The cost analysis, which can be delivered in as little as a day after the relevant data has been gathered, clearly defines the actual financial benefits and return on investment a company can achieve when measured against well defined business metrics.
According to Forrester Research, companies can save 25 to 80% on their web infrastructure costs by hosting their sites with third-party hosting vendors.
Other researchers have attributed some of the savings that stem from opting to outsource to the significant economies of scale that outsourcing service providers offer. Cervalis, an expert in the managed hosting and IT outsourcing field, shows businesses ways in which outsourcing can significantly reduce their IT expenses by examining the unique business criteria submitted by each company.
"Cervalis is offering its expertise and leadership to the business community to help them understand and take advantage of the opportunities outsourcing affords," said Michael Boccardi, president of Cervalis. "This initiative provides businesses with what they need: concrete numbers that demonstrate the actual savings that can be realised, so that return on investment is maximised and business objectives are met or even exceeded."
